Traffic Update: Access Bank/Lagos City Marathon
The State Government has announced the closure of Funsho William Avenue, Ikorodu Road, Anthony, Gbagada, Third Mainland Bridge, Dolphin Road, Alfred Rewane, Falomo Roundabout, Bordilon Road, Lekki Bridge, Freedom Way, Akin-Adesola, and Amadu Bello Way for the Annual Access Bank /Lagos City Marathon from 0530hrs on 10 February.
However, traffic will be diverted to alternative routes.
Motorists on Funsho Williams Avenue from the stadium will be diverted to Apongbon Bridge, Eko Bridge, Costain Roundabout, Iponri, Bode Thomas, Apapa Road, Onyingbo, Jebba, and Herbert Macaulay. Motorists on Ikorodu Road will be diverted to Victoria Island, Independence Bridge, CMS Bridge, Apongbon, Ijora Olopa, Iddo, Oyingbo, and Herbert Macaulay.
Staff and stakeholders are advised to adhere to this directive and consider alternative routes.
