YOMAFA 2024: Actor Mimmy Tea Gets 2 Nominations
Following his crossover into the movie world from music, Pop star and now actor Omokola Oyetunji better known as Mimmy Tea has bagged two vital Nominations at this year’s YOMAFA awards.
The singer who shocked the industry last year with the production of four blockbuster movies has hit the ground running since making his debut in Kunle Afod’s popular TV series, Ileke.
For his role in The Contract, Mimmy Tea has been nominated alongside Deborah Ezekiel, Akinola Falana and Adesina Oluwanifemi to battle for the Distinguished Act 2024.
Also, Mimmy Tea will battle the likes of Toyin Moore, Alabi Yetunde and Adesina Oluwanifemi for the Next Rated Movie Producer of the year.
He was said to have bagged the second nomination for the production of another movie, DAMAGED.
The 2024 Yoruba Music And Films Awards, YOMAFA will hold at the Ostra Hall, Ikeja on November 3, 2024.
In a similar fashion, Mimmy Tea has won the Golden stars award for Nollywood Actor of the Year in Supporting Role for his role in his Movie THE CONTRACT.
The actor cum singer emerged winner beating fellow nominees Akeem Ogara, Ibrahim Bashir, Tope Ile do amd Habeeb Alagbe.
