Nigeria At 66: CAIDOV Felicitates With President Tinubu, Nigerians, Advocates For Unity And Peace
LAGOS — The Centre Against Injustice and Domestic Violence (CAIDOV) has extended its warm congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the citizens of Nigeria on the occasion of the nation’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
In an official statement released on Thursday, CAIDOV’s Executive Director, Comrade Gbenga Soloki, described Nigeria’s 66 years of nationhood as a powerful testament to the resilience, unity, and enterprising spirit of its people.
Despite the ongoing challenges of nation-building, Soloki expressed strong optimism about the country’s trajectory, affirming that Nigeria remains a great nation with vast potential and a bright future.
The CAIDOV boss utilized the occasion to call for civic responsibility and national alignment. He urged Nigerians to remain patriotic, law-abiding, and to actively support the strategic reforms being implemented by the Tinubu administration.
According to Soloki, these reforms are crucial for driving economic recovery, strengthening national security, and ensuring sustainable development across the country.
Reiterating the core mission of his organization, Soloki also made a passionate plea to the public to reject social vices.
He urged citizens to actively shun injustice, domestic violence, and all forms of divisive tendencies. Instead, he counselled Nigerians to embrace peace, mutual tolerance, and love for one another.
