Delegates to the congress were drawn from all 21 Local Government Areas of the state, comprising 225 wards, 21 local governments and state executives, as well as former governors and former Deputy governors, former and serving members of the National and State Assemblies, and other delegates.

Other officials affirmed at the congress include; Alhaji Ado-Mudi Augie, Vice Chairman, Alhaji Saidu Muhammad-Kimba, Secretary, Alhaji Sahabi Lolo as Assistant Secretary, and Alhaji Abubakar Bunza Treasurer.
Also elected were; Hajiya A’isha Gunabi as State Women Leader, Hajiya Jamila Baba as Assistant Women Leader, Alhaji Isah Assalafi as Public Relations Officer (PRO), and Alhaji Lukman Yauri as Assistant PRO, among other executive members.
Speaking at the event, Alhaji Attahiru Maccido, Chairman of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), described the congress as unprecedented in the history of the party in the state.
“Previous congresses were sometimes characterised by chaos and disorganisation, but under the current leadership of Gov. Nasir Idris, the process has been orderly and peaceful,” he added.
In his remarks, Gov. Idris said former governors of the state, from 1999 to 2023, had played vital roles in fostering unity in Kebbi, adding that his administration was building on that foundation for greater progress.
