World Cup 2026: Spain Beat Argentina 1-0: Cubarsí, Simon, And Rodrigo Win Laurels; Messi Wept

Messi’s tears was uncontrollably as he watched the Spaniards cuddling and kissing the world cup gold trophy that was displayed on the podium.

Three Spaniards, namely Paul Cubarsi, Unai Simon, and Rodrigo, all won different awards for their efforts to help Spain to clinch the 2026 edition of the World Cup.

Cubarsi won the youngest player of the tournament while Simon and Ridrigo won golden glove and golden ball as the best goalie and best player of the tournament respectively.

The 2026 edition of the Mundial was unique in itself. Matches were played across three countries. The United States of America, Canada, and Mexico co-hosted the World Cup.
