Why We Diverted Abuja -Bound Aircraft To Asaba Airport–United Nigeria Airlines

United Nigeria Airlines has explained why it diverted the Abuja bound aircraft to Asaba International Airport.

The Airline in a statement said the diversion was due to poor weather, but the cabin crew misinformed the passengers after the aircraft has successfully landed in Asaba International Airport.

The Airlines said it has finally landed in Abaja after it received signal that the weather was now okay.

A passenger had twitted on his X formerly Twitter on Sunday evening that Nigeria is a wonderland. “A plane took off in Lagos to Abuja landed in Asaba and the cabin crew informed us that we had landed in Abuja.”
