Just In:Gov Idris Vows To Deal Ruthlessly With Atiku’s Aide, KAEDCO Officials Sabotaging Power Supply In Kebbi

The Authorities of Kebbi State Government is set to deal ruthlessly with individuals or groups in Kebbi State who have been conniving with unscrupulous high ranking officials of the Kaduna Electric Distribution Company (KAEDCO) to sabotage electricity supply to the state, no matter how placed the individuals or groups are placed in the society.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters and Energy, Alhaji kabiru Sani-Giant who issued this warning at a press briefing in Birnin-Kebbi over the weekend disclosed that some individuals in the State who lost out in the recent appointment made by the governor of the State, Comrade Nasir Idris are hell bent to frustrate government efforts and tarnished the image of the governor. 

Sani-Giant expressed that the state government was doing everything possible to improve the welfare of its people, hence the need for the people to complement the gesture.

He openly alleged that the former Special Adviser on Power to the past administration of Atiku Bagudu alongside other individuals are trying to sabotage the present administration’s efforts in providing constant electicity supply to the people of the State especially the artisans group of people.

The governor’s aid accused the former governor’s aid of conniving with KAEDCO officials to disconnect electricity in some government’s MDAs to paint the present administration in the State in a bad image to make the administration look as masses unfriendly.     

 Sani-Giant, therefore, warned the former special adviser and officials of KAEDCO to desist from any act capable of tarnishing government image and fomenting trouble across the State, assuring that the state government would not hesitate to deal ruthlessly with any one found wanting.
