Eid al-Adha: Jakande Preaches Mutual Support And Reflection Amid Celebrations
Hon. Seyi Jakande, Vice Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA and APC Chairmanship candidate, has called upon residents to embody the true essence of the Eid al-Adha festival through sacrifice, compassion, and togetherness in his Sallah message.
As the community marks the 2025 Eid al-Adha, Jakande’s message, released by his campaign media office, resonates deeply, reminding residents that the occasion is far more than a festive celebration.
“Eid al-Adha is not just a time for celebration; it is a moment for deep reflection, gratitude, and extending kindness to those in need,” Jakande emphasised, underscoring the significance of the occasion.
Known for his approachable demeanour and commitment to grassroots engagement, Jakande stressed the importance of communal solidarity.
He urged the people of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye to “uplift one another and foster harmony” not only during the holiday but in their daily lives.
